Hiatus!
If you click on the KnittyHeads ringsurf buttons in my sidebar today, you'll notice that the two blogs before and after mine in the ring say that it's summer and no knitting (or crocheting) is getting done. "Out Gallivanting," the next blog in the ring, says, "It's too damn hot to knit."
Amen. Which may be why I haven't. And truthfully, it's not likely that I will in the next few weeks, either. It's currently 93 degrees outside at my house - and this isn't the hottest it's been getting. It's all I can do to knit three rows on my sock and then tuck it back into the bag - right now, that actually feels like an "accomplishment"!
Honestly, I'd rather read a book and sip iced water with sliced lemon and mint leaves.
